• We offer a flat shipping rate of ₹95 on all orders, with an estimated delivery timeline of 9-10 working days.

Given the personalised nature of our products:

• Custom Items: These are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  
• Damaged/Defective Items: If your item arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
