  • Shipping Policy:

Standard Shipping Across India:

  • We offer a flat shipping rate of ₹89 on all orders, with an estimated delivery timeline of 7-10 working days.

Express Shipping across India:

  • For urgent deliveries within 3-5 working days, a flat rate of ₹150 applies.

International Shipping:

  • For orders outside India, please contact us at +91 98367 57537 or DM us on Instagram @wanderer.nirvana to discuss shipping options and rates.

Same-Day Delivery in Kolkata:

  • Available based on product availability. Please reach out via Instagram DM or text us at +91 98367 57537 to arrange this service.

Order Confirmation & Tracking:

  • You’ll receive an email and WhatsApp notification upon order confirmation. Our team may contact you to verify details.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and WhatsApp message with tracking details to monitor your order’s progress.

Custom Duties:

  • Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery.

Delivery Schedule:

  • Our courier partners deliver from Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) between 10 AM and 6 PM.

Address Changes:

  • If you need to modify your delivery address, please contact us before your order is dispatched. Always double-check and provide a complete address to ensure smooth delivery.

Order Processing & Dispatch: 

Each piece is meticulously handcrafted to ensure high quality and attention to detail.

Dispatch Timeline:

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 24 to 36 working hours. However, this may vary during peak seasons or sales periods.

Customisation Requests:

  • Custom orders may require an additional 8-10 working days. Please note that customised orders are not eligible for exchange.

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

  • Changes: Requests for changes must be made within 4 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellations: Due to the custom nature of our work, cancellations are not accepted after 4 hours of order placement.
