Return and Refund Policy
Unboxing Video:
- Please record an unedited video while opening your package. This helps us address any discrepancies effectively.
Returns and Exchanges:
Given the personalised nature of our products:
- Custom Items: These are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Damaged/Defective Items: If your item arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and product pictures. Requests made after 24 hours may not be entertained.
- Exchanges/ credit notes will be issued to resolve the matter as deemed fit.
Replacement Process:
- Once validated, replacement orders are processed promptly without additional costs.
No Returns or Refunds:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed. However, exchanges and credit notes are available under specific circumstances.
Credit Notes:
- In cases where a refund is approved, it will be issued as a credit note redeemable on our website. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy – India
- Exchange requests for an item different from what you ordered must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Customised orders and sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Policy – International
- Refunds are applicable only in case of lost shipments. International orders are not eligible for exchange.
Steps to Initiate an Exchange:
- Inform us within 3 days of delivery by emailing hello@wanderernirvana.in with your order number and product picture.
- Our working hours are 10 AM – 6 PM (Monday-Saturday). We will address your queries promptly.
- Once approved, we’ll send an email confirmation regarding the exchange.
- Pack the product in its original packaging before sending it to our billing address. Shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the brand.
No Refund or Exchange in the Following Cases:
- Pre-orders or customised orders.
- Minor color and design variations due to display differences and the handcrafted nature of our products.
- Incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agents.
Cancellation Policy & Credit Note:
- Orders that have not been dispatched can be canceled by emailing wanderernirvanashop@gmail.com.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed as a credit note within 5-10 working days.
- Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
