• For urgent deliveries within 3-6 working days, a flat rate of ₹180 applies.

Given the personalised nature of our products:

• Custom Items: These are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  
• Damaged/Defective Items: If your item arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and product pictures. Requests made after 24 hours may not be entertained.
  
• Exchanges/ credit notes will be issued to resolve the matter as deemed fit.
